Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and max389 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of max389 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" refers to the max389 website accessible at https://max389.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.
- "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts granted to a Player by max389 under any active promotion.
- "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via supported payment methods.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other game offered on the Platform.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by max389 before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the max389 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. max389 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers on the Platform under any circumstances.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only: max389 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money features of the max389 Platform, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply:
- Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on max389. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. max389 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- You must notify max389 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
- max389 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account and void all associated pending bets if registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, max389 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's License) and proof of residential address. Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
max389 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI), and digital e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to the Account balance in real time or within five (5) minutes under normal processing conditions.
- All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- max389 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges.
- Deposits are final once credited. Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated through your bank or e-wallet provider without prior consent from max389 constitute a violation of these Terms.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. The following terms apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50.000.000, unless otherwise approved by the max389 finance team.
- Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available banking session.
- max389 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing any withdrawal that exceeds Rp 5.000.000 or triggers our internal risk-management thresholds.
- Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds and bonus winnings that have satisfied wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
max389 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and free-bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. max389 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments at its sole discretion.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- The standard Wagering Requirement for Bonus Funds is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on eligible markets, unless the promotion page specifies a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within the promotional validity period.
- Wagers placed on markets with odds of less than 1.50 (Asian handicap equivalent: -0.67 or greater handicap) do not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.
- max389 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonus funds are not retrospectively affected in a way that disadvantages the Player.
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, without limitation, arbitrage betting, matched betting using promotional funds, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
Seasonal Promotions: max389 runs special promotions aligned with key Indonesian calendar events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting fixtures such as BRI Liga 1 finals and the Piala AFF tournament. Specific terms for seasonal promotions are published on the Platform and take precedence over these general bonus terms for the duration of that promotion.
6 Betting & Game Rules
The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the max389 Platform:
- All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. max389 is not responsible for errors made by the Player in selecting markets, odds, or stake amounts.
- Odds are displayed in decimal format. They are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked.
- For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a positive outcome. Void selections are removed and the remaining odds are recalculated.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. max389 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during significant game events.
- For togel draws, results are determined by the official output of the respective draw pools (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney). max389 shall not be liable for any discrepancy arising from transmission errors in official draw data where max389 has acted in good faith.
- For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and other certified providers, the game provider's published rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and take precedence in the event of conflict with max389's general rules.
- max389 reserves the right to void any bet or settle bets at fair odds where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
7 Responsible Gaming
max389 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated at any time via the Account settings or by contacting Support:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
- Session Time-Out: Players may set a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which betting functionality is suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and the Player may not re-register.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the max389 Platform and may result in immediate Acco
unt suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
- Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar anonymization service in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Conducting any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Fraud Detection: max389 employs real-time fraud detection and risk-monitoring systems. Any Account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. max389 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities in cases of fraud or financial crime.
9 Intellectual Property
All content published on the max389 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of max389 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of max389.
- Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. max389 uses these under valid commercial licensing agreements.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max389 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its services. In particular:
- max389 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical outages may occur. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible.
- max389 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from wagering decisions, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
- In the event of a technical failure that corrupts game results or bet records, max389 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the Player's Account balance. This represents max389's full and final liability in such circumstances.
- max389's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11 Privacy & Data
max389 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

12 Amendments

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance before the effective date.
13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which max389 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent max389 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or to prevent ongoing harm.
Indonesia Market Context: Players accessing max389 from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to their personal circumstances. max389 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions within Indonesia.
